Job Title: Freelance Trainers for Salem Location

Number of Vacancies: 3 (One for each vertical Life Insurance Banking English Communication)

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Freelance Trainers to join our team in Salem. As a Freelance Trainer you will be responsible for delivering highquality training sessions in your respective vertical to empower individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive training modules tailored to the specific needs of participants in Life Insurance Banking or English Communication.

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions that facilitate effective learning and skill development.

Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to enhance their performance and understanding.

Develop training materials including presentations handouts and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of the training program.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a trainer or educator in the respective vertical (Life Insurance Banking or English Communication).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Ability to adapt training methods and materials to meet the needs of participants.

Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology for training delivery.

Flexibility to work parttime or freelance shifts based on the requirements of the training schedule.

Shift:

Parttime or Freelancer

Timings:

Life Insurance and Banking: 24 hours per batch

English Communication: 36 hours per batch

Payment Terms:

Payment will be processed within a maximum of 20 days postbatch completion.
