This is a remote position.
Blue Code is seeking a Freelance Senior UX Designer to work 3 days per week (8h hours three days) on a premier project for a leading global airline company. Youll join a team focused on improving user experiences designing secure access for employees and customers and aligning with business goals. Collaboration with UX business and engineering stakeholders is key.
The ideal candidate should have a strong UX design background experience managing client relationships and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Effective communication and team collaboration skills are essential.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Direct communication with client for design matters
- Transform ideas into sketches wireframes and prototypes for feedback
- Justify design decisions to client
- Create responsive designs across all devices with strong focus on mobile
- Lead team efforts for innovative UX
- Employ storytelling to unite the teams vision
- Oversee design from concept to testing
- Master usercentered design and iterative feedback
- Collaborate on research to enhance design insights
- Engage in constructive design feedback
Requirements
- Master s degree or 8 years professional UX design experience
- Innate curiosity critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication in English (minimum B2 level) for interactions and presentations
- Proven agility in software development settings
- Comprehensive portfolio showcasing usercentered design research and complex visual storytelling
- Proven success in designing for a wide range of users from enterprise to consumer
- ERP system knowledge
- Experience in global / corporate environment
- Familiarity with Agile SAFe Jira Confluence or willingness to learn
