Overview:

As a Frankfinn Customer Care Executive you will play a crucial role in ensuring highquality customer service and satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and providing information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from customers professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide accurate and complete information about products services and policies
  • Process orders forms applications and requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customers needs
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Research and resolve customer issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
