Franchise Sales Representative

Overview:

The Franchise Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the organization by identifying engaging and securing new franchise opportunities. This position is essential for expanding the companys brand presence and revenue streams through strategic franchise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential franchisees through targeted market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners guiding them through the entire sales process.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and marketing materials to promote franchise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop franchise strategies and tailor offerings to meet market demand.
  • Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support to new franchisees facilitating their successful onboarding and launch.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the companys franchise offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals for the franchise department.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market changes to adapt sales approaches.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in franchise sales ideally within the Location market.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of franchise laws regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential franchise partners.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend industry events.
  • Proactive and resultdriven approach to sales with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales processes and documentation.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
