Job Title: Franchise Business Coach

Position: Full time
Experience: 35 Years
Salary: As per company standards ( 2 Openings Approx 4550K per month )
Key Responsibilities:
- Work to support our franchisees needs for clubs in India
- Provide initial training and on boarding
- Work with clubs through buildout presale and opening phases
- Provide ongoing training on sales marketing and all other aspects of club operation
- Effectively communicate with departments on club related issues
- Club Visit Procedures
- Travel and Present Training Programs (Vitals & Conference)
- Coach Franchisees to grow and develop brand Culture inside their clubs
- Coach Best Practices and share Experience to Franchisees
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must!
Effective communicate skills verbally and in writing
Good at Relationship building
Ability to selfmanage while working remotely
Strong Influencing abilities
Strong Business Acumen
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
Excellent computer skills (Proficient in Word Outlook Excel)
Understanding aspects of business finance.
