The overall objective of the mission is to define the functional needs of the distribution center or warehouse on the following processes or work axes:
*Inbound:*
Receipt
Storage
*Outbound:*
Planning
Picking
*Interfaces:*
Technical
Upstream replenishment (Mass Production DC)
DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning)
WMS/MES scheduling and reservation logic
Functional
S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes and planner requirements
Manufacturing requirements
Traceability management
Reference data management operations
Business Intelligence operations
WMS (Warehouse Management System) utilization and implementation
*Key Indicators:*
Quality of the specifications
Autonomy of key users
*Technical/Professional Skills:*
Knowledge of business processes from order to cash
Ability to facilitate user workshops to build target models (processes and systems)
Ability to formalize order processing processes using BPMN methodology
Functional understanding of IT tools
Proficient in English
