Join us in transforming the humble noodle into a stealthily healthy delight and disrupting a $4.4B category. As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you will take on the important role of leading all forecasting analysis and streamlining reports and processes.

What You Will Do

As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you’ll steer our budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring they're running smoothly. You’ll dive into the numbers to uncover insights into sales performance and product profitability all while keeping an eye on cost efficiency. Beyond the routine be ready to take on ad hoc tasks and lend your expertise to strategic initiatives. This is a role where you are able to work with an amazing team make an impact and contribute to our skyrocketing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting to reflect changes in business conditions.
  • Build and update financial models/budgets and perform ad hoc data analyses as needed.
  • Automate refine and enhance financial reporting and scorecard KPIs to ensure clear consistent and impactful reporting.
  • Complete ad hoc reporting and data projects as needed (i.e. analyzing sales by customer customer profitability and overall efforts to improve cost efficiency.)
  • Analyze new product profitability and identify opportunities to reduce COGS.
  • Create and maintain reporting packages for senior management and the board.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist all departments in understanding monthly performance develop additional reports and analyses to enhance reporting platform and continuously work to improve usability and accessibility.

You are passionate about process improvement and optimization committed to team synergy and excited to build efficient systems that enable successful teams. You’re the type of person who loves diving into the data and doing detailed analysis all while jumping in to help where needed and being a stellar communicator. You are a systematic thinker a problem solver and thrive at having a lot on your plate.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years equivalent applicable work experience at a CPG company is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (accounting finance economics etc.)
  • Highly analytical and understanding of how details fit into the big picture.
  • Emphasis on teamwork and collective goals over individual roles or personal ego.
  • Skilled in juggling numerous demanding deadlines while upholding excellence in output.
  • Expert level Excel / PowerPoint / financial modeling skills with proficiency in Netsuite or equivalent ERP systems and Microsoft Suite.
  • Demonstrated expertise in optimizing streamlining and enhancing processes with a focus on efficiency and userfriendliness.
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively operate with a high sense of urgency and exhibit selfstarting initiative.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic highgrowth brand showcasing nimbleness in response to evolving challenges and opportunities.
