Position Information:

• This is an onsite position in Hodges SC.
• Domestic relocation is available for this position.

Role Summary:
The Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance activities for equipment facilities and infrastructure in the foundry. They will communicate with upper management peers contractors and technicians to ensure maintenance goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the current workforce skillset and implement a maintenance training program.
• Collaborate with engineers partners and suppliers to meet business goals within budget demands.
• Construct an efficient facility maintenance team and conduct training sessions for quality performance.
• Assess the operations effectiveness with current utilities and equipment providing solutions to challenges and risks.
• Oversee inspections repairs and updates of facilities and relevant operational activities.

Engineering Degree
