Founding Software Engineer

About the role

This is a fulltime hybrid role as a Founding Engineer located in New York NY. As a Founding Engineer you will be responsible for developing and implementing the core functionalities of the platform from handling millions of emails a day to automating hours of manual compliance tasks down to mere seconds. You will collaborate with a talented team to design and build scalable solutions optimize performance and ensure the stability and security of our platform.

You wont be micromanaged or in constant meetings were focused first and foremost on empowering each other to do our best work and are flexible in the process to get there.

Youll be on a team that works incredibly hard and seek others excited to do the same.

Requirements

• Strong product sense high ownership and ability to operate autonomously
• Strong experience with React Django and/or AWS
• Excited to join an early stage startup company and work in person.
• CS degree from a top university and/or significant work experience at a top hyper growth startup.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning algorithms.
• Demonstrated experience in growing building and scaling the codebase of highgrowth startups.
• 4 years of experience as a professional software engineer
