The Role:
As one of our early engineering hires you will be a cornerstone in building and shaping our technology and culture. This role is perfect for seasoned engineers who thrive in dynamic startup environments and are passionate about developing highquality software with a customerfocused approach. Your work will directly impact the development and success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a small team of engineers to design develop and deploy scalable software solutions integrating large language models (LLMs).
Work handson with product management and customers to refine and implement feature requirements.
Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
Engage in technical decisionmaking and product strategy ensuring alignment with business goals.
Promote a culture of excellence in coding and system design establishing best practices for future growth.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in software engineering with a portfolio of significant past projects.
Strong background in programming and systems design particularly in Python or other relevant technologies.
Experience working in earlystage startups and comfortable with the fastpaced nature of startup environments.
Demonstrable interest and experience in working with large language models and AI technologies.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
A straightforward right to work with at least one day per week available for inoffice collaboration.
