Overview:

The role of Founders Office (Product & Partnership) is crucial to the organizations success as it involves leading strategic product development initiatives and managing key partnerships to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for product development initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that align with the organizations goals.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure seamless integration of products and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify product and partnership opportunities.
  • Drive the development and execution of product gotomarket strategies.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for products and partnerships.
  • Lead and inspire a highperforming team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on product and partnership strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Resolve complex business and operational challenges related to products and partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product and partnership strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product and partnership processes.
  • Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic product development and partnership management.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing innovative products to market.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through products and partnerships.
  • Track record of crossfunctional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and relationship management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of industry best practices in product and partnership management.
  • Strong decisionmaking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for partnership meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for product and partnership management.
