Wife is looking for a Founder s Office a madhatter a troubleshooter one who can work directly with the founders and play a critical role in shaping the agency s vision strategy and daytoday ops. One that ll wear multiple hats tackling projects across various departments and becoming a strategic partner to the founders. Having brand strategy experience is a plus. One that uses insights consumer behavior brand development tools and dreams to build stunning brands and businesses. Positioning identity personality awareness equity leveraging research and analysis should be words they use in pass . If you ve ever watched ads for entertainment then we are looking for you. Roles and Responsibilities


Strategic Support:

  • Assist founders in developing and refining the agencys longterm vision and strategic roadmap.
  • Conduct market research analyze industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support in preparing presentations and proposals for key stakeholders and clients.
  • Help build strategies/ campaigns/ communication that not only benefit brands but also build Wifes and each team members repertoire. Awards and recognition being an easy consequence then not a goal.

Operational Excellence:
  • Manage founder calendar and schedule meetings travel arrangements and other logistics.
  • Oversee administrative tasks and ensure seamless internal operations.
  • Streamline processes and identify areas for improvement across departments.
  • Be collaborative a number thinker and fact driven.

Project Management:

  • Take ownership of complex projects from ideation to execution collaborating with various teams.
  • Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
  • Create real and effective yet simple and disruptive shortterm and longterm plans calendars and strategies that will not only be inspirational but also actionable.

Brand Relations:

  • Assist founders in building and maintaining strong relationships with key brands.
  • Proactively anticipate brand needs and develop solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Support in preparing brand presentations proposals and reports.
  • Create marketing and communication strategies in line with the brand values and there after enhance its positioning in the market.
  • Be in constant touch with the brand owners/ clients/ representatives and be a liaison between the external and internal teams.
  • Build brands build brand loyalty and retain brands. Consequently being able to upsell do more do better.

Creative Input:

  • Contribute your creative thinking and problemsolving skills to brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops.
  • Provide constructive feedback on creative concepts and presentations.
  • Stay uptodate on current design trends and industry best practices.
  • Think forward and anticipate future trends opportunities and prospective successes for the brand.

Requirements

  • A Bachelors/ Masters/ Specialized course in Business or Marketing and Communications or Advertising or Brand Planning
  • Confidence tact people skills instinctiveness intuitiveness
  • Strong command over language oral and written
  • High degree of understanding of people brands and the market
  • Strong leadership skills
  • MSOffice (Especially MS PowerPoint & MS Excel)
  • 13 years of relevant experience in a fastpaced creative environment (agency startup or similar)
  • Multitasker
  • The capability of team leadership/ Sales experience/ understanding

Bonus
  • Experience or ability to learn project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.).
  • Familiarity with creative design software (Photoshop Illustrator etc.).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations and achieving impactful results.
