Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
• Manage and maintain construction equipment and tools
• Monitor and report project progress to the project manager
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Address any onsite issues and resolve conflicts
• Train and mentor construction crew members
• Implement and enforce site safety protocols
• Document daily construction activities and report on labor and material usage
• Assist in project planning and scheduling
• Manage inventory of construction materials
• Communicate with project stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Foreman Civil or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes equipment and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sound understanding of safety and quality standards
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with construction software and tools
• Physical stamina and agility for onsite work
• Valid drivers license
• Certification in construction management or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
