Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Oklahoma City OK 73107

Duration: 3 Months (Potential Extension)

Shift Timing: 10:0Pm 6:30 Am (Mon Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for moving products or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles.
• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment.
• Transport raw materials full goods and/or finished goods to designated area.
• Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Move product and/or materials manually as required.

Skills/ Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0 3 years of general work experience required.
• 1 year prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within a highspeed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

This policy also applies to all associates that perform job tasks/functions that require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)) up to and including all Commercial Sales and Administrative Job functions contingent upon required work area(s) and/or required job task(s) being performed. The provisions of the Personal Protective Equipment Program apply to all personnel visitors contractors suppliers vendors and temporary workers.

NOTE: STEEL TOE BOOTS REQUIRED

• Safety Boots are required while conducting specific job task(s) in Production Distribution Warehouse and Sales operations.
• All footwears MUST be a minimum of 6 high no LowCut shoes should be worn. Temp Laborers dont have access to the order shoes from Lehigh. Thats only for associates.
• All footwears MUST be Puncture Resistant (Kevlar Bottom).
• All footwears MUST have a Class 75 Protective Toe (Steel or Composite Toe)
• All footwears MUST have slipresistant soles that meet requirements.
• Proper safety footwear is required (steel toe puncture resistant sole and provide above the ankle protection) as specifically stated below:
• Foot Protection Provide ANSI Z41compliant or local countryequivalent protective footwear. Safety Footwear Specification: Puncture Resistant (Kevlar bottom); Class 75 protective toe; Slipresistant soles that meet Mark II LSoily/wet test at .35/higher and a minimum of 6 inches or higher.
