- Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely setup of food and beverages for meetings.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Address complaints regarding food quality or service.
- Coordinate staff activities and provide necessary training.
- Receive and manage food and beverage deliveries.
- Plan menus based on guest numbers and client requests.
- Review financial transactions and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Maintain records required by government agencies.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for menu options.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations using HACCP principles.
- Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of health food safety regulations and labor laws.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Texas Food Manager Certification and valid driver’s license required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working Conditions:

- Flexible work schedule including early mornings and evenings.
- Adherence to food service industry appearance and hygiene guidelines.
