10 15 years FOIA experience

WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE

HHS FOIA experience

SECURITY CLEARANCE

NACI Clearance

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY

Bachelors degree

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrates an expert knowledge of FOIA/PA and uses independent analysis to process requests. Possesses the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing).

• The ability to conduct independent research review and analyze complex records according to policies regulations and case law. Conduct quality control review of analysts work product.
