Permanent FO Front Office position in a Palo Alto/Sunnyvale General office. They are looking for someone Tuesday Friday 9530 in Palo Alto Monday 96 & Saturday 93 in Sunnyvale or a variation of these. This position can be either PartTime or Full Time They utilize Dentrix and XDR softwares. They offer benefits such as 401k match 50% of Kaiser coverage for medical paid holidays Boba days and several Staff Parties through the year. They are modernized and pride themselves in being a (as close as possible) paperless office and would like someone well versed in PPO.
We are a thriving dental practice and are seeking a FRONT OFFICE ADMIN to
join our established and dedicated team. The perfect candidate will be hardworking selfmotivated
and dependable. We are searching for a parttime or fulltime member of our staff. Benefits included.
Responsibilities
All office aspects from scheduling insurance verification processing claims updating general
information in all systems ordering front and back office supplies
Welcome patients to the office and help with any questions or concerns;
Take telephone calls and respond to dental inquiries appointments and insurance;
Scheduling appointments according to available time slots and providing appointment details to
patients over the telephone and in person
