We are seeking a skilled and resultsoriented FMCG Sales Representative to join our team in the Stationary and Card Products industry. As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing longterm relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for promoting our extensive range of products to various FastMoving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies and retailers. To succeed in this role you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills have a strong understanding of FMCG sales strategies and be willing to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.


  • Actively seek out and engage with potential FMCG clients to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present the unique features and benefits of our paper and forest products to clients.
  • Negotiate and secure new contracts and agreements with FMCG companies and retailers.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and production to develop innovative sales and marketing campaign


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field will be a massive advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in FMCG sales preferably within the paper stationary and magazing products industry.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
  • Highly motivated and targetdriven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM software and other sales tools.
