We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources & General Affair Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the organizations human resources by planning implementing and evaluating employee relations human resources policies programs and practices. This role includes maintaining work structures supporting staff organization managing pay plans and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the organizations human resources by planning implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies programs and practices.
  • Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Establish a recruiting testing and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes.
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Manage a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys scheduling and conducting job evaluations preparing pay budgets monitoring individual pay actions and recommending pay structure revisions.
  • Ensure planning monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees scheduling management conferences resolving employee grievances and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Manage human resource staff by recruiting selecting orienting and training employees.
  • Advance human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to be located in Batangas Philippines.
  • Degree from a recognized university in HRMS Management Business Administration Business Legal Industrial Engineering Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in HR functions.
  • Experienced working at factory in FMCG company would be great.
  • Proficient knowledge in core HR disciplines such as Recruitment Compensation and Benefit Industrial Relation Talent Training and General Affair.
  • Ability to develop credible professional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Expertise in implementing and managing various HR solutions.
  • Mandarin speaking is preferred.
