BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs various repetitive and special bench or line assembly operations utilizing a variety of machines and equipment.
Calibrates instruments to customers specifications and makes necessary setups for testing instruments.
Reviews parts requirements inventory status secures a variety of company parts and materials.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Position requires knowledge of various means of testing calibrating and adjusting instruments with computer assisted benches and/or hand held devices.
Job requires the ability to read blueprints wiring diagrams; ability to use shop mathematics in the interpolation of data; skill in the use of standard and special hand tools.
Familiarity with production schedules work orders bills of materials shipping/receiving data. Ability to work independently on and in a team environment to establish priorities to meet production.
Minimum experience required is 3 years with 5 years perferred. Must have attended training in Flow Line technology including Kanban practices
