Job Overview:

As a Flexible Packaging Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing flexible packaging solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our sales team and clients to understand their packaging needs and provide innovative and costeffective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging engineering and a passion for problemsolving.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop flexible packaging solutions for various industries
Collaborate with sales team and clients to understand their packaging needs
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements
Develop and maintain packaging standards and guidelines
Perform packaging testing and analysis to ensure quality and functionality
Create prototypes for new packaging designs
Work closely with production team to ensure successful implementation of packaging designs
Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and equipment for packaging
Maintain accurate documentation of packaging designs and processes
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Packaging Engineering or related field
Minimum of 35 years of experience in flexible packaging design and development
Strong understanding of packaging materials and their properties
Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Experience in project management is a plus
