Your role

You conduct business telephone calls with companies in the Netherlands to invite them to participate (without any obligation to buy) with purchasing collectives.

Tasks

• Make calls contact debtors to inform them of the amount outstanding and work out a payment plan.
• Answering emails from debtors with questions about payment plans and unpaid invoices.
• Receive calls answer debtors calls and provide them with the information required for their file.

Profile

• Fluent in Flemish
• Working proficiency in English
• Good call management (structure efficiency assertiveness)
• Empathy
• Soft skills
• Attendance
• Good general appearance
• Previous experience in collections
• Respectful and positive towards customers
• Solutionoriented thinking
