Integrity Lawn & Landcare (ILL) is a division of Integrity Home Exteriors and has been servicing Toledo and surrounding areas since 2011. We handle commercial and residential lawns big and small. We also handle overseeding mulching weeding lawn aeration spring and fall clean ups tree trimming and removal fertilization urban sustainability garden boxes. About the Position:

We are looking to add Fleet Maintenance Manager to our team! As a FMM with ILL you will be expected to perform the following tasks:

• Learn and utilize fleet work order management software (Fleetio)
  

• Learn and utilize Fleet GPS tracking hardware/software (Samsara)
  
• Actively communicate with our production team to prioritize repair needs and repair deadlines.
  
• Work at a pace that allows you to maintain a balance between processrelated work and handson tasks
  
• Use Samsara to determine precise location of fieldrelated emergency repair requests
  
• Manage the performance of your designated support tech

General Requirements

• Able to pass DOT preliminary screening
  
• Complete set of tools (Tools needed will be specified before first day on the job)
  
• Ability to lift heavy objects
  
• Ability to operate companyprovided heavy equipment and heavy machinery SAFELY
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
  
• Ability to set clear expectations when delegating tasks
  
• Willingness to supplement the growth of your support tech
  
• Common knowledge of daily uses of modern technology (Tablets PC Windows 10)
  
• Ability to operate tire mount dismount machinery (Lawn Heavy Truck Medium Truck)

Helpful/Relevant Certifications (Not required)

• ASE Certification
  
• Diesel Mechanic Certification

• ASE Master Automotive Technician Certification
  
• OSHA Safety Certification
  

Helpful/Relevant Experience (Not required)

• Auto Repair knowledge (Ford GMC Isuzu Chevy)
  
• Machinery / SmallEngine repair knowledge (Exmark Toro Kawasaki Stihl CAT)
  
• Body work knowledge (Vehicle and Trailer)
  
• Snowplow operation and repair
  
• Salt Truck operation and repair
