Designer of AIGenerated Images at firstmovr a USbased eCommerce accelerator a satellite Center of Excellence (COE) for eCommerce education and change management (remote).
firstmovr helps companies in CPG/FMCG sector adapt and transform ecommerce operations while keeping abreast of fastmoving digital trends via virtual eCommerce summits custom education programs and strategic advisory consulting.

Oskar is a global eCommerce leader and consultant with 16 years of experience leading digital transformation for global midsize and startup organizations including Kelloggs Mondelez KimberlyClark and other Fortune 500 companies.
Chris is the generator on a mission to empower Leaders of Change to win in digital commerce and beyond. As a CPG eCommerce practitioner and advisor he has led the eCommerce strategy capabilities activation and education at RB WellPet Kelloggs and other top CPGs.
Responsibilities:
Utilize AI tools such as Dalle & Midjourney to generate up to 500 lifestyle images focusing on toothpaste tubes and associated elements per month. The access & subscription for the AI tools will be provided.
Implement Photoshop skills to refine and enhance AIgenerated images incorporating brand elements such as logos onto generated images as needed. Please note that you should have your own subscription to Photoshop.
Uphold image quality standards and align with specifications for website placement.
Interact with stakeholders globally ensuring effective communication and understanding of varied requirements.
Qualifications:
Fluent English youll constantly communicate with native English speakers in the US so we dont want to see or hear any mistakes.
Excellent attention to detail you are used to doublechecking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake.
Proficiency in Photoshop for image refinement and overlaying.
Design background with a portfolio showcasing design expertise.
Interest or experience in AI technology is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility to accommodate time zone differences for meetings and calls.
Organizing skills you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and dont want any minute to go to waste.
Strong selfreliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations. Youll surely have a manager with whom youll be working closely but still you need to be independent.
Working hours:
You should be ready to work from 9 am to 6 pm New York time daily (EST Time Zone click here to check your time difference) to overlap with firstmovrs team and the managers from the clients side.
What we offer:
Fulltime job (8 working hours per day 5/2). Please note that we will not consider students and candidates planning to combine several jobs.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any city just need a good Internet connection a computer to work from and an opportunity to work the needed hours in the teams time zone.
