The Fire Protection Design Engineer will be responsible for designing implementing and overseeing fire protection systems. 1. Design and develop fire protection systems including fire sprinklers alarms and suppression systems.
2. Collaborate with architects electrical engineers and other stakeholders to integrate fire protection measures into overall building plans.
3. Conduct risk assessments and analyze building layouts to determine the most effective fire protection strategies.
4. Ensure compliance with local state and national fire safety codes and standards.
5. Create detailed design documentation including drawings specifications and calculations.
6. Collaborate with contractors and project managers during the installation and testing phases of fire protection systems.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
2. 4 to 8 years experience in fire protection system design and engineering.
3. Indepth knowledge of fire safety codes standards and regulations.
