Job Description

As a Financial Admin Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors by handling various administrative tasks related to client paperwork and communication. Your responsibilities will encompass managing inboxes ensuring timely and organized communication channels.

  • Experience in Financial Planning: A minimum of 23 years of experience working in a financial planning business is required. This experience should encompass familiarity with various financial planning processes industry regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Xplan Software is essential.
  • Customer Service Orientation: While the role primarily supports financial advisors.

  • The job primarily involves assisting financial advisors with administrative tasks related to client paperwork and communication. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing inboxes.
  • Organizing and saving client documents.
  • Filling out paperwork.
  • Ensuring all necessary forms are properly completed and saved.
  • The role entails frequent communication with advisors and colleagues.
  • The position does not involve direct communication with clients but focuses on supporting advisors in their interactions with clients.
