This is great opportunity to join our firm in a key financial planning administration role. You will be working in a highly responsible position and you will be part of an awardwinning motivated and welcoming team. The role

As a Financial Planning Administrator youll play a crucial role in supporting our adviser team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a personalised and highquality client experience.
  • Assisting the Financial Planners in managing client relationships.
  • Coordinating managing and implementing administration for our clients including gathering information on existing investments preparing documents for meetings and making sure client records are up to date and accurate.
  • Having regular communication with clients providing them with progress updates and being involved in client meetings.
  • Managing administration during the clients journey with us.

Essential skills

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in financial services.
  • Positive Attitude: Flexible helpful and willing to follow procedures.
  • Organised: Can prioritise and manage busy workloads effectively.
  • Communicative: Excellent telephone manner and written/verbal skills. IT Literate: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet usage.
  • DetailOriented: High accuracy in data entry and strong organisational skills. Independent: Works well under pressure and in a team without supervision.
