As they continue to expand and grow, they are seeking a talented Financial Model Analyst to join their team in the Philippines. You will report directly to the Finance Manager. Main Responsibilities: • Reviewing and updating financial models for existing investments. • Preparation of financial models for new investments with analysis. • Support investment analysis for co-investment equity raise. • Investment reporting tasks related to accounting periods and project management milestones. • Supporting financial due diligence processes in coordination with other departments and project documentation. • Develop forecast financial model to support the project’s financial planning. • Compare actual performances to the budget and analyze of any variance. • Conduct any ad-hoc reports upon request.
