We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join the leadership team at Prime Time Shuttle a premier doortodoor airport ground transportation company based in Los Angeles California. As a Financial Manager you will play a key role in shaping and executing financial strategies to support the continued growth and success of our organization.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

* Oversee the financial health of the organization ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys goals and industry best practices.

* Manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes to optimize resource allocation.

* Provide strategic financial insights to support decisionmaking at the executive level.

* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze and interpret financial data identifying areas for improvement and growth.

* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards implementing and maintaining effective internal controls.

* Lead financial audits and prepare necessary documentation for external stakeholders.

* Supervise and mentor financial staff fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.

* Stay informed about industry trends and economic factors that may impact the financial landscape.

Requirements:

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.

* Proven experience in a financial management role demonstrating strong leadership and strategic financial planning skills.

* Indepth knowledge of financial regulations accounting principles and financial reporting.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

* Effective communication skills to convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.

* Experience in the transportation or related industry is advantageous.
