Our client a renowned travel management company is seeking a Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. As a Financial Controller you will play a vital role working very closely with the EMEA Senior Manager of the Controlling Department. You will be responsible for supporting the companys financial processes including budgeting forecasting planning and reporting for one of their Europeans entities and you will also have the opportunity to work on adhoc report projects with a lot of internal exposure.

Tasks

• Financial planning budgeting and monthly forecast: monthly reporting and forecasting of one entity in EMEA and forecasting for a second entity in EMEA
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting extensive financial analysis
• Variance analysis and reporting taking actions out of findings
• Working on adhoc financial report projects
• Support in financial audits
• Working closely with finance teams and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 13 years of handson experience in finance or accounting roles preferably with a focus on controlling financial analysis or related areas
• Knowledge of SAP and SAP FICO is a big plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to create complex financial models use advanced functions and analyze large datasets
• Degree in finance accounting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with an eye for detail
• Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey financial information to both finance and nonfinance stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and be a team player at the same time
• Capability of handling multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
