Position Overview:As the Financial Controller you will oversee all aspects of financial management reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team implement best practices and contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements reports and budgets providing insights and analysis to senior management.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the annual audit process liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to accounting systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• 5 years of progressive experience in financial management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
