Financial Controller New Ventures & Projects
Kings Secure Technologies is a well-established and well-funded group of companies with an enviable client portfolio providing innovative solutions in the security sector.
Expansion of the Group has created an opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner or Financial Controller, to join our team on a full time permanent basis.
You will act as the finance lead for our high growth new business ventures QuidVis Fire Risk Assessments, Dymension incident management software and Abode smart home security. You will also work closely with the Group CFO to support the Group COO/CEO on acquisitions and forecasting.
Key responsibilities:
Partner effectively with Business Unit Heads to provide financial modelling and analysis
Work closely with Business Unit Heads on strategic financial planning
Lead quarterly forecasting/budgeting for each business unit
Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting for each business unit
Balance sheet reconciliations and ownership of the P&L and balance sheet for each business unit
Implement Group financial processes and controls into new business units
Provide financial input into acquisition due diligence and financial modelling
Coordinate and consolidate forecasting/budgeting across the group
Work closely with Group CFO & COO on ad hoc projects
Requirements
Key Skills & Experience:
ACA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
Advanced IT skills, especially Excel
Flexibility to work away from home at short notice
Strong analytic skills, with ability to show initiative in difficult situations and solve problems
A strong communicator with an ability to influence at all levels, including at Board level
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to show initiative in difficult situations and solve problems
Ability to prioritise competing demands
Benefits
Salary & Benefits:
55,000 - 65,000 package depending on experience
Bonus scheme

Experience in a similar environment Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with a wide range of people. Knowledge of operation of the CCTV system. Knowledge of Legal and Human Rights legislation.
