Job Title: Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Actively supports initiatives aimed at streamlining and enriching the customer experience.
• Prepare and assess intricate reports and analyses essential for achieving financial goals.
• Conduct data trend analysis on operational budget utilization to facilitate the attainment of Key Performance Indicators.
• Develop and implement financial models to predict outcomes.
• Utilize analysis outcomes to identify potential costsaving opportunities.
• Generate reforecasts for operating expenses.
• Coordinate variance analysis and reporting for operating expenses.
• Conduct monthly examinations of financial statements to identify patterns.
• Analyze educate on and suggest modifications to accounting operations policies and procedures.
• Lead process enhancements and integrate best practices in forecasting budgeting and management reporting with a focus on automation where feasible.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to pinpoint and execute costsaving measures across the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years in business planning financial analysis or a related field.
• Education: Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline or equivalent experience.

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in software applications such as Word Excel etc.
• Advanced understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with both Operating and Capital Financial Statements.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication.
• Effective prioritization and organizational skills.
