Overview:
As a pivotal member of our finance team the Finance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting functions and processes. Reporting to the AVP Finance the Finance Analyst will be responsible for managing daily operations preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual statements.
- Coordinate and manage accounts payable receivable and taxationrelated data.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
Compliance and Audit:
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing including GST TDS and income tax filings.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Regularly circulate reports to the board and investors responding to specific inquiries or requests for information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the monthend and yearend close process.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with US and India GAAP ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
- MBA/MCom with 5 years of experience in the IT sector.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts / Finance Executive or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting principles ( US and India GAAP).
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks.
- Experience in investor communication.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
