Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely and maintain CRM updates with the Global Sales Team.
• Oversee and generate product Order Forms as necessary.
• Contribute to critical financial procedures including financial forecasting modeling tools and KPI reporting.
• Engage in the annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting cycles for all financial metrics providing insights into growth profitability and cash flow to the leadership team.
• Attend weekly North America Pipeline meetings.
• Monitor performance indicators highlighting trends and analyzing variances.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis as the CEO and CFO requested to assist senior leadership decisionmaking.
• Develop presentations that communicate financial plans and business performance to key stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance and automate financial reporting processes striving to improve both quantity and quality of reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a rapidly growing company.
• Thrives in a fastpaced work environment.
• Adaptable and flexible to evolving organizational requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced or expert level.
• Strong understanding of GAAP reporting standards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments and management levels to achieve objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadlinedriven with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
