Financial Analyst

Job Overview:

As a Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data preparing financial reports and providing valuable insights to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on company performance including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts

Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement

Conduct industry and market research to identify potential risks and opportunities

Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders

Participate in the preparation of financial data for audits and tax filings

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field

23 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations

CPA or CFA certification is a plus
