Financial Analysis Supervisor

Principal purpose(s) of the position

The Financial Analysis Supervisor will be responsible for the planning coordination preparation analysis and reporting of the financial study of major projects. He/she will be incharge of the budget preparation.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Evaluates major projects and investments
• Checks capital expenditure form for approval of authorized signatories to monitor if the requisition is within the approved budget
• Checks monthly reports for Head Office and monthly result of operations for Management Committee

Budget and Forecast Function

• Incharge in the budget preparation including preparation of timelines assumptions templates etc.
• Checks and reviews budget package for submission to Head Office

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant
• Experience of at least two (2) years under same position
• Preferably with experience in preparation of financial statements and budget and expense analysis
• Knowledge in Oracle System and Data Analytics
• Knowledge in Budgeting Software & Tools
