Tasks

What you will work on:

You will play a crucial role in the overall financial management of TWOFIFTYK where you determine budgets based on our strategy follow up on leads with the project managers report towards management and maintain an organized administration.

You will steer the organization together with the Operational Manager towards the right direction to achieve our goals you provide advice on project related budgets and support the team with their monthly payroll questions. You are supported by our partners of the accounting firm to work on monthly and annual reports.

You are a responsible for a wide range of tasks within the full spectrum of the company to enhance the financial health of the company while supporting the team with their creative wishes:

Planning:

• Create budgets based on company targets.
• Maintain the budgets and report accordingly.
• Provide suggestions or solutions.
• Monitor the Sales pipeline with the project team.
• Identify threats and improve where necessary.

Administration:

• Keep oversight of financial bookkeeping administration and taxes.
• Maintain local regulations taxes and law.
• Manage the overall cash flow and act accordingly.
• Safeguard budgets both on a company level and on the larger scale projects.
• Support the accounting firm on audits and tax returns.

Insights & Reporting:

• Creating monthly quarterly and yearly financial reports.
• Present reports towards Management Accounting or other stakeholders.
• Monitor targets and KPIs.
• Analyze insights created through our company tools (efficiency budgeting hours etc).
• Report financial details and other information to provide guidance for Management.
• Stay up to date on regulations economics and other external influences.

What does your day look like:

Mornings often start with a review of financial reports ensuring that the numbers are not just accurate but also tell a compelling story of the companys financial health.

You dive into budget sessions with a project manager you work closely with these departments to align financial goals with company strategies. Collaborating on project budgets you ensure that creativity flows seamlessly within fiscal boundaries.

During lunch you catch up with different teams talk about upcoming projects and see where you can join in for the next show.

Afternoons are dedicated to finetuning financial processes implementing innovative accounting solutions and run the administration to keep a tight ship.

During the early evening you might join in on one of the monthly management meetings to explain the current financial status of the company and provide them with your suggestions of improvements or changes.

As the day winds down you are invited by your colleagues to join in for one of our movie nights to enjoy some popcorn and find some creative inspiration with the team.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

We are looking for a new team member who has:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance in a similar role
• An HBO degree in accounting finance or other area of related topics
• Great analytical and decisionmaking skills.
• Great communication skills (Dutch & English)
• Attention for detail
• Knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of Exact Online (considered a plus!)
• Experience in entertainment/event industry (considered a plus!)
