Job Mission

We are looking for a Financial Accountant. As a Financial Accountant you are part of the Tibber finance team and will be an integral part of helping us build our global finance team. We need people who are based in Stockholm Sweden as this is where our Accounting team is mostly based. The company has very high growth potential and due to this there could be an opportunity to grow into a more senior role. Some of your responsibilities (but not limited to) will include:

Responsibility for the monthly quarterly and yearend financial close including journal entries balance sheet account reconciliations accruals and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts for the Swedish entity and in the future for the group

Preparation and submission of VAT and other statutory tax declarations whilst ensuring these are reflected in the ERP system correctly including inventory/warehouse accounting

Experience from working with compliance audit and statutory filings

Preparing reconciling and posting employee expenses credit cards. Ensuring that we have the relevant supporting documents for each transaction including intercompany reinvoicing and reconciliations between entities

Experience of working in a fastpaced and changing environment being detailoriented and problemsolver with a cando attitude

Ideal Profile

Qualified Accounting experience. Qualified Accountant or equivalent as a degree with a proven track record of working in an accounting function across multiple jurisdictions. Strong experience in intercompany accounting and a very good understanding of K3 (Swedish GAAP) and ideally IFRS accounting

Business acumen. Several years of handson accounting experience and consolidation processes ideally in a start / scaleup environment in a fastgrowing multinational business

Processdriven. Solid understanding of core endtoend accounting processes.

Accounting tool knowhow. Strong knowledge and experience in working with and helping to set up different accounting and consolidation tools as well as having helped with an ERP implementation. Experience with NetSuite is not essential but would be beneficial

Good communication skills. Fluent or native in Swedish and English (our company language)

Team player. Detailoriented and able to inspire motivate and empower other team members to achieve our growth goals.
