Job Title: Financial Accountant
Function: Finance
Location:Head Office Whyte and Mackay 4th Floor St Vincent Plaza 319 St. Vincent Street Glasgow G2 5RG.
Contract: Full Time / Permanent 35 Hours per week Hybrid Working.

What the opportunity looks like:
The Financial Accountant is responsible for providing timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting for internal statutory and regulatory purposes. This role should add value to the business through strong technical knowledge of accounting and provide key support to the Financial Reporting Accountant & Internal Audit Manager.
- Prepare monthly management accounts ensuring accuracy of all schedules.
- Prepare monthly analysis of Central Overheads to provide full details to CFO.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to discuss budgeting and forecasting throughout the year to track progress.
- Prepare submission of PAYE Settlement Agreement to HMRC.
- Assist Manager with Quarterly Parent Company Reporting for inclusion of UK Group figures as part of wider Group results on Singapore Stock Exchange
Skills and experience that will help you be a success:
For this role were looking for:
- Chartered Accountant qualified 1 year post qualifying experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting systems.
- High level of technical accounting knowledge and understanding of Accounting Standards.
- Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written. Must be comfortable to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business and convey financial information to nonfinancial colleagues.
