Job Summary:
We are looking for a financially minded and data driven person to join our team to assist with the pricing strategy and execution for our travel packages.This role involves analyzing past pricing strategies determining what worked well and using these learnings to drive future pricing. This role will have the opportunity to build processes to improve these areas from the ground up and scale them across all of our events.You will work directly with our Finance team and work cross functionally with our Client Success and Sourcing teams.
Responsibilities:
Execute event pricing: Spearhead event pricing strategies by developing and enhancing comprehensive spreadsheets to effectively determine pricing for hotels package benefits and travel packages.
Pricing optimization: Analyze pricing strategies to enhance profitability while maximizing guest conversion rates ensuring an optimal balance.
Data Entry: Manually tweak pricing amounts and percentages to match goals set by our team.
Historical Analysis: Conduct thorough historical analysis to determine the accuracy of past pricing identify areas for improvement and leverage insights to refine future pricing strategies.
Event Level Analysis: Conduct granular eventlevel analysis to evaluate hotel sales performance and determine necessary pricing adjustments.
Ensure Timely Delivery of Pricing: Guarantee timely completion and uploading of pricing data to meet critical deadlines and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
02 years of professional experience
Local to Las Vegas with the expectation to be in office each day
Finance accounting or business background preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong data analysis data visualization and data driven decision making skills
Attention to detail and organization are MUST HAVE skills as the impact of small errors have large impacts
Comfortable in a fast paced startup environment where last minute changes are common
Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work long hours on weeks where we are launching key events
