The Finance Manager is responsible for financial analysis accounts consolidation for Atturra Data & Integration ("D&I") including mentoring and overseeing junior staff. This is a key role in the Finance team that manages the finances of one of the largest business units of Atturra and reports directly into the Group Financial Controller.

• Outstanding communication skills
  
• Experience in a professional services environment preferable
  
• Experience in a previous accounting role which includes completing month end
  
• Experience with accounting software and systems
  
• Exposure to financial analysis eg balance sheet reconciliations variance analysis preparation of management reporting
  
• General knowledge of payroll tax superannuation GST PAYG FBT
  
• Advanced Excel pivot tables Vlookup
  
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Micropay and ESS Sage an advantage
  
• Professional Qualification CPA or CA
  
• Minimum 5 years experience of Australia Accounting experience in a managerial position
  

• Month end reporting and analysis
  
• Month end closure journal account reconciliations accruals variance review
  
• Analyzation monitoring and review of key financial reports and accounts to ensure accuracy of data
  
• Monthly Variance analysis monthly
  
• Balance sheet reconciliation monthly
  
• Forecasts for revenue and costs monthly
  
• Preparation submission and lodgement of PAYG monthly
  
• Assistance with annual budgets yearly (company revenue expenditure)
  
• Processes sales commissions quarterly
  
• Preparation submission and lodgement of BAS monthly
  
• Superannuation calculations lodgement and payment quarterly
  
• Cash flow forecasts weekly
  
• Assisting with audits twice yearly
  
• Payments of payroll suppliers tax including bank uploads following approval by the Group Financial Controller
  
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable as prepared by the Accounts Officer
  
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff; and
  
• Special implementation projects as required
