Job Description

1. In General Accounting
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare balance sheets.
Process sale invoices.
Reconcile bank statements.
Budget preparation.
Supervising internal and external audit programme.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is
maintained.
Investigate ways to improve profitability and source of funding.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws & procedures.
Develop and implement procedures for financial control.
Review and implement financial policies.
Update internal systems with financial data.
Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.
2. In Internal and External Reporting
Prepare financial reports as required by law regulations or company policies
Analyse costs pricing sales results and the companys actual performance compared to
the business plans
Report to management and providing advice how the company and future business
decisions might be impacted.
Develop longterm business plans based on these reports
Ensure reliability and integrity of financial systems and reports
Correspond with other departments discussing company plans and agreeing on
planning.
3. In Strategic Financial Planning
Develop strategies to minimise financial risks
Be responsible for consolidating financial statements
Reviewing monitoring and managing budgets closely with MD
4. Secretarial Data Management.
Manage the general meetings of board of directors.
Conduct the AGM to for approval of audited financials.
Control the board meetings and documents.
Arrange the board resolution as per the organisation requirement.
Ensure the proper reporting to ROC
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience of minimum of 1012 years in Finance and Accounts
Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealing with clients and data

Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information with
must have strong knowledge of billing and financial concepts
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and billing software(s)
Strong use of keyboard shortcuts
Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively while being resultsdriven and patient
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
Strong analytical skills
Capable of making timely independent decisions
Should be fluent in English and Hindi
