What we are looking for

At IMA we are looking for a Finance Manager who is willing to lead the healthcare revolution with us!

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our finance department in collaboration with an external accounting firm including preparation of all financial statements.
• Coordinate financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions.
• Manage relationships between IMA Health and banks potential investors among other financial partners.
• Contribute to the creation of materials for the board fundraising materials and financial reporting to key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and health against key performance indicators (KPIs) identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure proper adherence to all regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in financialrelated roles with a keen interest in growing in a startup environment. (required)
• Proficient in English both written and spoken. (required)
• Experience managing financial operations in multiple countries.
• Adept at taking an active handson approach in their role.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
