Tasks

• Develop implement and streamline proper and scalable finance processes in close cooperation with the CFO
• Identify areas for process improvements and support in their implementation
• Evaluate our cost and price structure through detailed analyses with support from the team
• Assist in the monthly reporting process including cash reconciliation and weekly tasks such as account payables and account receivables
• Prepare financial reports and analyses on various aspects of the business
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes
• Maintain close contact with our external accountants ensuring accurate and uptodate books with their support
• Contribute to highlevel strategic decisions by providing financial analysis and insights
• Support the team in all aspects of finance including adhoc requests and special projects

Requirements

• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Passion for working with numbers and a desire to learn
• Understanding of basic principles of accounting and financial analysis
• Good technology affinity including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Excellent communication skills in German and English both written and verbal
• High level of selfinitiative and ability to work independently
• Bachelors degree in finance accounting business or a related field is preferred but not required
