Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated Sr./Junior Executive for our Finance Department in Ahemdabad. The key responsibilities include:
We are seeking a motivated Sr./Junior Executive for our Finance Department in Ahemdabad. The key responsibilities include:
- Day to day booking and review of invoices
- Scanning documents to group company for verification
- Understanding of GST TDS etc. for booking and review of invoices
- Vendor reconciliation
- Monthend provisions and prepaid expense entry
- Review of GL
- Proper allocation of expenses cost center wise
- Knowledge of Importexport and booking of invoices
- Create/Delete/Change vendor account in SAP
- Preparing payment report and releasing payments as per the due date
- Preparing auditrelated data submitting to auditor for verification and resolving queries
- Must have knowledge about SAP finance function (FICO)
Candidate Qualifications:
The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience and hold an MBA in Finance/CPA/ICWA/CMA.

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Problemsolving abilities
- Advanced MS Office Knowledge
- Knowledge of SAPFICO Module
- Basic understanding of finance statements
