- Implement the applied HA financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate archiving system for HA documents in hard & soft Copies.
- Prepare the required Check/Wire transfers for signatures after ensuring that the payments get the required approvals.
- Prepare payment voucher and receipts voucher.
- Record the Financial transactions on the Accounting System.
- Assist the Senior Finance Coordinator in control over the Fixed assets by updating the assets register.
- Conduct Period Physical count for Human Appeal Fixed Assets.
