Where you fit in

Picnic is an evolving company and so is our finance team. As our Financial Analyst you are part of a young and ambitious team that is building our finance function stepbystep. Weve already got the systems in place for the Netherlands but you will identify trends and recommend actions to adapt and build our financial structure to Germany.

You have the freedom to apply everything youve learnt without going through the hoops of hierarchy and complicated structure. We trust our teams. Youll have complete ownership over your work. And while your responsibilities are in managing the financial administration process you also have the opportunity to create and implement projects within our corporate development team.

Using your experience expertise and a desire to innovate you will work from our Amsterdam office to lay the foundations for Picnics finances in Germany. Take a lead role in our talented team and make an impact!

What you do

• Set up and improve the admin and systems for German Finance
• Set up and conduct reporting for German Finance
• Managing international communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Driving improvement projects within the finance/ corporate development team

What you need

• Background in Finance Econometrics or similar
• 15 years of experience in consulting or finance analyst role
• Fluency in German and English
• Advanced modelling and reporting skills (excel tableau)
• Handson mentality: Pragmatic and quick problem solver
• Organised and birds eye view: Have a clear overview of all tasks and longterm projects
• Superb communication: Ability to interact and build relationships with teams and external stakeholders over two countries
