Finance Accounts Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies plans and policies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements reports and forecasts.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations.
• Supervise and support the finance and accounting team to ensure efficient operation and delivery of highquality financial services.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organizations assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Engage with external stakeholders including auditors tax authorities and financial institutions.
• Lead and coordinate the annual audit process.
• Manage cash flow and investment strategies to optimize returns and liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of tax returns.
• Participate in strategic financial planning and decisionmaking processes with the senior management team.
• Monitor and analyze financial metrics and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide financial insights and support for new business initiatives and expansion projects.
• Keep abreast of industry trends regulations and best practices to ensure the organization remains financially competitive.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA CMA or ACCA is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a finance team and driving financial performance.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations reporting standards and tax laws.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
