The position will help organize current records based on their type and retention schedules. Incumbent will be making copies completing basic forms removing paper/binder clips and documenting the files before packaging and shipping to the Records Center. Incumbent performs standardized and nonstandardized tasks and requires incumbent to effectively manage agency resources while keeping consistent with agency policies and laws affecting the agency.
Ability to work independently
Ability to attend to detail and maintain accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to lift between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
